AI अब सिर्फ IT professionals का काम नहीं रहा। Media, animation, gaming, और digital storytelling में काम करने वाले हर इंसान को अब AI skills चाहिए। और सरकार ये समझ चुकी है। 4 मई 2026 को Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) ने एक बड़ा announcement किया।
IICT के साथ मिलकर उन्होंने एक National AI Skilling Programme launch किया है जो creative sector के 15,000 professionals को बिल्कुल free में AI training देगा और ये कोई ordinary course नहीं है। इसे Google और YouTube ने co-develop किया है। Curriculum industry-tested है। PIB Mumbai की official announcement इसकी पूरी details देती है।
1. IICT National AI Skilling Programme – ये Programme क्या है ?
ये एक government-backed AI skilling initiative है जो specifically creative professionals के लिए बनाया गया है। Animation करने वाले, games बनाने वाले, content creators, filmmakers – ये सब इसके target audience हैं। पहले जो AI training programmes आते थे, वो mostly software engineers और data scientists के लिए होते थे। Creative sector को हमेशा ignore किया गया। ये programme उसी gap को fill करता है।
India का media और entertainment industry 2025 में ₹2.5 lakh crore को cross कर चुका है। FICCI-EY Report के अनुसार इस industry में AI adoption अगले 3 सालों में 40% बढ़ने वाली है। ऐसे में ये programme सही time पर आया है। IICT के CEO Dr. Vishwas Deoskar के शब्दों में – “ये initiative creative professionals को AI के practical, real-world application के लिए ready करता है।” Content creation, production, और distribution तीनों में।

2. कौन हैं Partners ?
इस programme की credibility इसके partners से आती है। ये कोई random startup का course नहीं। Ministry of Information & Broadcasting – Government की तरफ से पूरी backing और funding।
IICT (Indian Institute of Creative Technologies) – Designated implementation partner। Curriculum development से candidate outreach और programme execution तक सब IICT handle कर रहा है। Google – Curriculum co-developer। Google Career Certificates और Google Cloud Gen AI learning paths इसी collaboration का result हैं।
YouTube – Content reach और platform best practices के लिए। Creators के लिए AI-powered tools का practical training यहीं से आएगा। चारों मिलकर एक ऐसा programme बना रहे हैं जो सिर्फ theory नहीं, production-ready skills देता है।
3. Programme का Structure – 2 Phases
Programme को deliberately दो phases में बाँटा गया है। Foundation पहले, specialization बाद में।
Phase I: Foundation (Online)
ये phase AI literacy build करने के लिए है। 15,000 participants को यहाँ मिलेगा:
- Google Career Certificates – industry-recognized professional training, top employers से connect होने का opportunity
- Google Cloud’s Gen AI Learning Paths – foundational AI concepts तक access
- लगभग 33 घंटे का online training
- Generative AI fundamentals, prompting techniques, और responsible AI practices
- Real-world scenarios में problem-solving skills

Phase II: Specialisation (Hybrid)
Phase I complete करने वाले participants यहाँ आते हैं। Focus है practical application पर। Hybrid model मतलब online और in-person दोनों components।
यहाँ मिलेगा :
- Storytelling में advanced AI tools का use
- Creative production techniques
- Project-based learning
- Google Developers Codelabs के through guided modules
- Platform best practices content reach और engagement के लिए
AI Skills House Platform

4. कौन Apply कर सकता है ?
Programme “selective” है। High-potential creative talents के लिए बना है।
Apply करें अगर आप इनमें से हैं:
- Media professional – TV, OTT, digital news में काम करने वाले
- Animator या Game developer
- Content creator या Filmmaker
- Digital storyteller
- Entertainment industry में emerging talent
- AI skills लेकर creative career grow करना चाहते हैं
Important: Seats सिर्फ 15,000 हैं। Programme impact-focused है। Passive learners के लिए नहीं बना।
India में currently लगभग 5 crore से ज़्यादा content creators हैं – और उनमें से बहुत कम के पास structured AI training है। ये programme उसी gap को address करता है।

Google Career Certificate अकेले ही normally ₹10,000–15,000 का पड़ता है। यहाँ वो free है। और उसके साथ Phase II का hybrid training भी।
6. Registration कैसे करें – Step by Step
Step 1: Official QR Code Scan करें PIB Mumbai की official announcement में दिया गया QR code scan करें। ये directly AI Skills House Program के application page पर ले जाता है। किसी और link पर भरोसा मत करें।
Step 2: Basic Details भरें नाम, email, phone, और आपका creative field fill करना होगा। Honest रहें – selective process है।
Step 3: Creative Background बताएं आप किस field में काम करते हैं – animation, gaming, content creation – ये details selection के लिए important हैं।
Step 4: Confirmation का इंतज़ार करें Application submit होने के बाद confirmation आएगा। Selection होने पर Phase I का access मिल जाएगा।
Step 5: Phase I शुरू करें Google Career Certificates और Gen AI learning paths से शुरुआत होगी। 33 घंटे complete होने पर Phase II का रास्ता खुलता है।
ध्यान दें: Registration बिल्कुल free है। किसी third-party site पर कोई fee मत दें। Official source सिर्फ pib.gov.in है।
AI adoption में India पीछे नहीं रहना चाहती। और creative sector – जो India की soft power का सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा है – उसे AI-ready बनाना ज़रूरी था। India का AI market 2027 तक $6 billion को cross करने वाला है। और उसमें creative professionals की demand सबसे तेज़ बढ़ रही है। Animators जो AI tools जानते हैं, content creators जो generative AI use कर सकते हैं – इनकी value आने वाले 3 सालों में double होने वाली है।
