Ingredients for Lajardraka

Ginger50 gm
Ghee (preferably cow)25 ml

Yield: Approximately 500–600 gm

How to Make Lajardraka – Step by Step

Step 1: Fry Ginger
Finely chop the ginger and fry it in ghee until aromatic.

Step 2: Prepare Sugar Candy Syrup
Melt the sugar candy with a little water to make a syrup. The syrup should form unbroken strands when pinched between fingers.

Step 3: Combine Ingredients
Add the powdered puffed paddy and fried ginger to the syrup. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

Step 4: Cool and Store
Allow the mixture to cool and harden. Break it into granules and store in an airtight container.
